Key Responsibilities
What you will do…

Develop and implement strategies for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent in a highly competitive market.

Build and maintain strong trusted advisor relationships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners.

Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into recruitment plans on an agreed frequency.

Work with Hiring Managers on the creation of job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and experience needed for each position.

Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting technical assessments for candidates, as well as handling offer negotiation and onboarding.

Consults with the Hiring Manager on the role requirements and sector/market talent supply considerations that may impact delivery.

Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities and organizations to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.

Act as a subject matter expert on technical talent acquisition, providing guidance and support to management.

Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top talent.

Create a pool of qualified individuals for future job openings by building relationships with candidates.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipeline, and offer acceptance rate, and report progress regularly.

Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Your profile
Are you the one?

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.

Experience working in an agile environment.

Strong knowledge of technical roles and technologies, with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technical concepts.

Fluent English is a must.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques using LinkedIn RPS (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

A passion for creating excellent candidate and client experience at every stage of the process

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation, and project management skills
